My sister-in-law Jenny's birthday was Friday. She and I loaded up our little ones and headed to San Francisco to have a day in the city. We headed away from the hustle and bustle of downtown towards Pacific Heights where we found designer boutiques mixed with thrift stores and cozy sidewalk cafes.
