Saturday we enjoyed the day in Petaluma.
My Mom used to talk about antiquing in Petaluma, I now see why.
Two shops I found charming and swoon-worthy are;
Summer Cottage Antiques
We had a sleepover at Leilani's where she spoiled me rotten
with Risotto and homemade chocolate cake and for breakfast the next morning,
FRENCH TOAST with caramelized bananas and coconut syrup.
One word...YUM!
(early morning photo of two tired ladies)

Dear Leilani,
Thank you my lovely friend.
Your generosity and kindness was not wasted on me.
I know how special you wanted to make this
early birthday celebration and I appreciate you,
your cooking, your lovely home and your gift to me.
I love you,

  1. I love you too, Mud. You are such an important part of my life and I'm so thankful for you. Happiest birthday, darling. And yes, one more reminder that I'll still be 32 and you're now 34!
    Hugs and hugs!
